  THE DAY WE START....... When you read those words what do you feel?  Don't know about you but these last two years during the Covid-19 life interruption,  the world crisis,  wars, or rumors of wars and you name it.  You probably have a list of personal things you could add.  So when you read "The Day We Start",  you could feel a release with good feelings or have a sense of dread.   I hope it's good feelings.  I am going to go with that.  As I get older I am learning we have all kind of things go on around us that can go wrong in our bodies when our head takes on negative thinking with stuff we call "stinking thinking".  It seems like a battle right now with all the news we see or hear.  when I get up in the morning I look at my phone to see if it's safe to go out today.   Let's talk about some of the "Starts".  When we Start to go on vacation.  When we Start to plan a party.
